[Machine] Imran bin al-Husain reported: "Indeed, my father Hassin came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, 'O Messenger of Allah, what do you think of a man who used to honor guests and maintain family ties, but he died before you and he is your father?' The Prophet ﷺ said, 'Indeed, my father, your father, and you are in the Fire.' Then, Husain died as a polytheist."

الطبراني:١٥٧٠٠ – حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ غُلَيْبٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْجُعْفِيُّ ثنا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدَ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْهَاشِمِيِّ

عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ إِنَّ أَبَاهُ حَصِينًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ أَرَأَيْتَ رَجُلًا كَانَ يُقْرِي الضَّيْفَ وَيَصِلُ الرَّحِمَ مَاتَ قَبْلَكَ وَهُوَ أَبُوكَ فَقَالَ «إِنَّ أَبِي وَأَبَاكَ وَأَنْتَ فِي النَّارِ» قَالَ فَمَاتَ حُصَيْنٌ مُشْرِكًا

حُصَيْنُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ أَبُو عِمْرَانَ بْنُ الْحُصَيْنِ الْخُزَاعِيُّ وَقَدِ اخْتُلِفَ فِي إِسْلَامِهِ قِيلَ أَسْلَمَ وَيُقَالُ مَاتَ عَلَى كَفْرِهِ، وَالصَّحِيحُ أَنَّهُ أَسْلَمَ

[Machine] Huthayn came to the Prophet (PBUH) and said, "What do you think of a man who upholds family ties and hosts guests, but dies before you?" The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Both your father and mine are in the Fire." It was not even twenty nights before he died as a polytheist.

الطبراني:٣٥٥٢ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ثنا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ قَالَ

جَاءَ حُصَيْنٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ أَرَأَيْتَ رَجُلًا كَانَ يَصِلُ الرَّحِمَ وَيَقْرِي الضَّيْفَ مَاتَ قَبْلَكَ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ أَبِي وَأَبَاكَ فِي النَّارِ» فَمَا مَضَتْ عِشْرُونَ لَيْلَةً حَتَّى مَاتَ مُشْرِكًا
