وَاهِبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو

tabarani:13789 – ʿUmārah b. And Thīmah > Mūsá > Idrīs b. Yaḥyá al-Khawlānī > Rajāʾ b. Abū ʿAṭāʾ > Wāhib b. ʿAbdullāh > ʿAbdullāh b. ʿAmr

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "Whoever feeds his brother until he is satisfied, and gives him water until he is quenched, Allah will keep him away from the fire for seven trenches, each trench being a distance of five hundred years."

الطبراني:١٣٧٨٩ – حَدَّثَنَا عُمَارَةُ بْنُ وَثِيمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُوسَى قَالَ ثنا إِدْرِيسُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْخَوْلَانِيُّ عَنْ رَجَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي عَطَاءٍ عَنْ وَاهِبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَطْعَمَ أَخَاهُ حَتَّى يُشْبِعَهُ وَسَقَاهُ مِنَ الْمَاءِ حَتَّى يَرْوِيَهُ بَاعَدَهُ اللهُ مِنَ النَّارِ سَبْعَ خَنَادِقَ مَا بَيْنَ كُلِّ خَنْدَقٍ مَسِيرَةُ خَمْسِ مئةِ عَامٍ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever feeds his brother bread until he is full and gives him water until he is satisfied, Allah will distance him from the Hellfire by seven trenches, each as far as the distance between two trenches, which is equivalent to a journey of five hundred years."

الحاكم:٧١٧٢ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُنْقِذٍ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ بِمِصْرَ ثَنَا إِدْرِيسُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْخَوْلَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي رَجَاءُ بْنُ أَبِي عَطَاءٍ عَنْ وَاهِبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْكَعْبِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِوِ بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَطْعَمَ أَخَاهُ خُبْزًا حَتَّى يُشْبِعَهُ وَسَقَاهُ مَاءً حَتَّى يَرْوِيَهُ بَعَدَهُ اللَّهُ عَنِ النَّارِ سَبْعَ خَنَادِقَ بُعْدُ مَا بَيْنَ خَنْدَقَيْنِ مَسِيرَةُ خَمْسِمِائَةِ سَنَةٍ»

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح

السيوطي:٢٠٦١٤a –

"مَنْ أَطعم أَخَاه من الخُبْز حتَّى يُشْبِعَه، وسقَاه مِن الماءِ حَتَّى يُرويَه بَعَّدَه اللهُ من النَّارِ سَبع خَنَادِقَ، كُلُّ خَنْدَقٍ مَسِيرةَ سَبْعمِائَةِ عَامٍ".

[ن] النسائي [طب] الطبرانى في الكبير [ك] الحاكم في المستدرك [هب] البيهقى في شعب الإيمان والخرائطى في مكارم الأخلاق عن ابن عمرو، ولفظ [ك] الحاكم في المستدرك "بُعْدُ ما بَينَ خَنْدَقَينِ مسيرةَ خَمْسَمِائَةِ سَنَةٍ"
