[Machine] A man asked the Prophet ﷺ about the prayer time for Fajr. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed Fajr at darkness and then prayed it again in the morning until it was light. Then he said, "Where is the questioner?" So I said, "Here I am." He said, "The time is from the darkness of the night until the day."

الطبراني:١٣٧٧٨ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنْبَاعِ رَوْحُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ قَالَ ثنا شُعْبَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ قَالَ ثنا ابْنُ لهِيعَةَ قَالَ ثنا عَيَّاشُ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْحُصَيْنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو

أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَنْ وَقْتِ صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ فَصَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الصُّبْحَ بِغَلَسٍ ثُمَّ صَلَّاهَا مِنَ الْغَدِ فَأَسْفَرَ ثُمَّ قَالَ «أَيْنَ السَّائِلُ؟» فَقَالَ أَنَا فَقَالَ «الْوَقْتُ فِيمَا بَيْنَ أَمْسِ وَالْيَوْمِ»

ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ قَوْلَهُ ﷺ «وَقْتُ صَلَاتِكُمْ بَيْنَ مَا رَأَيْتُمْ» أَرَادَ بِهِ صَلَاتَهُ بِالْأَمْسِ وَالْيَوْمِ

ibnhibban:1493 – Abū Yaʿlá > Saʿīd b. Yaḥyá al-Umawī from my father > Muḥammad b. ʿAmr > Abū Salamah > Abū Hurayrah

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed with us the morning prayer, then he offered a lecture after which he prayed the morning prayer again and said, "Where is the one who asked about the timing of the morning prayer? It is between my prayer yesterday and today."

ابن حبّان:١٤٩٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْأُمَوِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الصُّبْحَ فَغَلَّسَ بِهَا ثُمَّ صَلَّى الْغَدَاةَ فَأَسْفَرَ بِهَا ثُمَّ قَالَ «أَيْنَ السَّائِلُ عَنْ وَقْتِ صَلَاةِ الْغَدَاةِ؟ فِيمَا بَيْنَ صَلَاتِي أَمْسِ وَالْيَوْمِ»

ذِكْرُ الْعِلَّةِ الَّتِي مِنْ أَجْلِهَا أَسْفَرَ ﷺ بِصَلَاةِ الْغَدَاةِ الْمَرَّةَ الْوَاحِدَةَ الَّتِي ذَكَرْنَاهُ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allahﷺ prayed with us and made ghusl (ritual washing) with it (water), then he prayed the dawn prayer and used the water to wash his face. Then he said ﷺ , "Where is the one who asked about the timing of the morning prayer? It is between my prayer yesterday and today."
