[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ : "Whoever takes charge of any matter concerning the Muslims, Allah will not look at his needs until he looks at their needs."  

الطبراني:١٣٦٠٣حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى ثنا مُعْتَمِرٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَنَشٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ وَلِيَ شَيْئًا مِنْ أَمْرِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ لَمْ يَنْظُرِ اللهُ فِي حَاجَتِهِ حَتَّى يَنْظُرَ فِي حَوَائِجِهِمْ»
