طَارِقُ بْنُ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

الطبراني:١٣٠٨٣ – حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْمَعْمَرِيُّ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ ذَرٍّ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ أَنَّهُ لَقِيَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ حَاجًّا أَوْ مُعْتَمِرًا فَأَتَيْتُهُ فَقُلْتُ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ إِنَّا أَهْلُ أَرْضٍ نَسْتَأْجِرُ الْأَرْضَ الْبَيْضَاءَ بِالدِّينَارِ وَالدِّرْهَمِ قَالَ

«إِنَّا نَكْرَهُ ذَلِكَ هَذِهِ الْمُحَاقَلَةَ» قُلْتُ فَنُعْطِي الْأَرْضَ عَلَى الثُّلُثِ وَالرُّبُعِ قَالَ «لَا بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ كُنَّا نَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ»
