طَارِقُ بْنُ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

«إِنَّا نَكْرَهُ ذَلِكَ هَذِهِ الْمُحَاقَلَةَ» قُلْتُ فَنُعْطِي الْأَرْضَ عَلَى الثُّلُثِ وَالرُّبُعِ قَالَ «لَا بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ كُنَّا نَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ»
