[Machine] "The Muslims captured a man from the leaders of the pagans and killed him. They asked the Prophet ﷺ if they should sell him, but the Prophet forbade them from selling him."  

الطبراني:١٢٠٥٨حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمَكِّيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

«أَنَّ الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَصَابُوا رَجُلًا مِنْ عُظَمَاءِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَقَتَلُوهُ فَسَأَلُوهُ أَنْ يَشْتَرُوهُ فَنَهَاهُمُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يَبِيعُوا بِجِيفَتِهِ»
