عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَعْبَدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to recite in the two units before dawn in the first unit with Surah Al-Fatiha and two verses from the end of Al-Baqarah {The Messenger has believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord} and in the second unit with Surah Al-Fatiha and one verse from Al-Imran {Say, "O People of the Scripture, come to a word that is equitable between us and you"} until the end of the verse.  

الطبراني:١٠٨١٦ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ابْنُ أَخِي عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ ثنا أَبُو تُمَيْلَةَ يَحْيَى بْنُ وَاضِحٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَعْبَدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَقْرَأُ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الصُّبْحِ فِي الرَّكْعَةِ الْأُولَى بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ وَبِآيَتَيْنِ مِنْ آخِرِ الْبَقَرَةِ {آمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ رَبِّهِ} وَفِي الرَّكْعَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ وَبآيةٍ مِنْ آلِ عِمْرَانَ {قُلْ يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ تَعَالَوْا إِلَى كَلِمَةٍ سَوَاءٍ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ} إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةِ

[Machine] He used to say that the Messenger of Allahﷺ would recite in his two Rak'ahs before Fajr the opening chapter of the Quran, Al-Fatiha, and the two verses from the conclusion of Al-Baqarah in the first Rak'ah, and in the second Rak'ah he would recite the opening chapter of the Quran and the verse from Al-Imran "Say, 'O People of the Scripture, come to a word that is equitable between us and you'" [Al-Imran 3:64] until completing the verse.  

أحمد:٢٣٨٦ – حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَهْلِهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَقْرَأُ فِي رَكْعَتَيْهِ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ بِفَاتِحَةِ الْقُرْآنِ وَالْآيَتَيْنِ مِنْ خَاتِمَةِ الْبَقَرَةِ فِي الرَّكْعَةِ الْأُولَى وَفِي الرَّكْعَةِ الْآخِرَةِ بِفَاتِحَةِ الْقُرْآنِ وَبِالْآيَةِ مِنْ آلِعِمْرَانَ {قُلْ يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ تَعَالَوْا إِلَى كَلِمَةٍ سَوَاءٍ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ} [آل عمران 64] حَتَّى يَخْتِمَ الْآيَةَ

[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to recite the following in the two rak'ahs of the Fajr prayer:

"In the first rakah, recite from the verse, 'Say, "We have believed in Allah and what has been revealed to us and what has been revealed to Abraham and Ishmael"' until the end of the verse [Al-Baqarah 136]. And in the second rakah, recite from the verse, 'Say, "O People of the Scripture, come to a word that is equitable between us and you"' until the words 'And bear witness that we are Muslims' [Al-Imran 64]."  

الحاكم:١١٥٢ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا تَمِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

أَكْثَرُ مَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقْرَأُ فِي رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ {قُولُوا آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْنَا وَمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ} [البقرة 136] إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةِ وَفِي الرَّكْعَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ {قُلْ يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ تَعَالَوْا إِلَى كَلِمَةٍ سَوَاءٍ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ} [آل عمران 64] إِلَى قَوْلِهِ {وَاشْهَدْ بِأَنَّا مُسْلِمُونَ} [آل عمران 52]  

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» على شرط مسلم
