[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Shall I not inform you why Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, named Ibrahim, His intimate friend, the one who fulfilled his promises? It is because whenever he would wake up in the morning or go to bed at night, he would say, 'Glory be to Allah in the morning and in the evening' [Surah Ar-Rum 30:17], until the verse was completed."  

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ لِمَ سَمَّى اللهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ خَلِيلَهُ الَّذِي وَفَّى؟ لِأَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ كُلَّمَا أَصْبَحَ وَأَمْسَى {فَسُبْحَانَ اللهِ حِينَ تُمْسُونَ وَحِينَ تُصْبِحُونَ} [الروم 17] حَتَّى يَخْتِمَ الْآيَةَ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Shall I not inform you as to why Allah named Ibrahim as His Khalil (close friend) who fulfilled (His commands)? It is because he used to say every morning and evening, 'Glory be to Allah, in Whose hands is the dominion of the night and the day.'"
