"إنَّمَا سُمِّى الْقَلْبُ من تَقَلُّبه، إِنَّمَا مَثَلُ الْقَلْبِ مَثَلُ رِيشَةٍ بالفَلَاةِ تَعَلَّقَتْ فِى أصْلِ شَجَرَةٍ تُقَلِّبُها الرِّيحُ ظَهْرًا لبِطنٍ ".
[Machine] And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The heart is named so because of its constant fluctuation. The example of the heart is like a feather suspended in the root of a tree being turned over by the wind, sometimes showing its top and sometimes its bottom."
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّمَا سُمِّيَ الْقَلْبُ مِنْ تَقَلُّبِهِ إِنَّمَا مَثَلُ الْقَلْبِ كَمَثَلِ رِيشَةٍ مُعَلَّقَةٍ فِي أَصْلِ شَجَرَةٍ تُقَلِّبُهَا الرِّيحُ ظَهْرًا لِبَطْنٍ

اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا سُمِّيَ الْقَلْبُ مِنْ تَقَلُّبِهِ وَمَثَلُ الْقَلْبِ كَمَثَلِ الرِّيشَةِ بِضَلَاةٍ تَقَلَّبُ بِأَصْلِ شَجَرَةٍ يُقَلِّبُهَا الرِّيحُ ظَهْرًا لِبَطْنٍ
[Machine] Abu Musa said, "The example of this hypocrite is like a feather in the wind, turning it back and forth from its back to its stomach."
