"أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِىَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ؟ يَا نَبِىَّ اللهِ! أَصْبَحْتُ وَلمْ أُوتِر، فَقَالَ: إِنَّمَا الوِتْرُ بِالَّليلِ ثَلاثَ مَرَّاتٍ، قُمْ فَأَوْتِرْ ".

[Machine] A man came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "O Prophet of Allah, I have woken up and have not performed the Witr prayer." The Prophet replied, "Verily, Witr is performed at night." The man persisted and said, "O Prophet of Allah, I have woken up and have not performed the Witr prayer." The Prophet said, "Then, perform the Witr prayer."
أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ إِنِّي أَصْبَحْتُ وَلَمْ أُوتِرْ فَقَالَ «إِنَّمَا الْوِتْرُ بِاللَّيْلِ» قَالَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ إِنِّي أَصْبَحْتُ وَلَمْ أُوتِرْ قَالَ «فَأَوْتِرْ»
