السيوطي:٦٤٣-١b –

" كُنَّا عِنْدَ النَّبِىِّ ﷺ جُلُوسًا، فَجَاءَ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ يَحْبُو حَتَّى جَلَسَ عَلَى صَدْرِهِ "فَبَالَ عَلَيْهِ، فَابْتَدَرْنَاهُ لِنَأخُذَهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِىُّ ﷺ ابْنِى ابْنِى، ثُمَّ دَعَا بِمَاءٍ فَصَبَّهُ عَلَيْهِ".

[Machine] We were with the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ when al-Hasan ibn Ali came crawling until he climbed onto his chest. The Prophet ﷺ started to kiss him, and we tried to take him away. The Prophet ﷺ said, "He is my son, my son," and then he called for some water and poured it over him.
