[AI] About Fadl ibn Abbas, who was a companion of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and was with him during his farewell pilgrimage. He said, "When the Prophet ﷺ departed from Arafat, he saw people putting down their weapons and animals. He then commanded his announcer to proclaim, 'Righteousness is not in putting down horses and camels, rather it is in maintaining tranquility.'"
[AI] "That the Prophet ﷺ recited it when he left from Arafat and he recited it with tranquility." And he said: "O People, upon you is tranquility." And he said: "Righteousness is not determined by the raising of horses and camels." And I did not see a camel raising its hand until it reached Mina."
