The revelation of tayammum after Aisha's necklace was lost

ahmad:18891ʿAbd al-Razzāq > Maʿmar > al-Zuhrī > ʿUbaydullah b. ʿAbdullāh b. ʿUtbah > ʿAmmār b. Yāsir

[AI] That he was with the Prophet ﷺ on a journey, and Aisha was with him. Her necklace was lost, so the people were delayed searching for it until morning came, and they had no water with them. Then tayammum was revealed. Ammar said: They rose and wiped; they struck with their hands and wiped their faces with them, then they returned and struck with their hands a second time, then they wiped their hands up to the armpits—or he said: up to the shoulders.
