"أما مررت بِوَادِ قومِكَ مَحْلًا ، ثم تَمُرُّ به خَضِرًا، ثم تَمُرُّ به مُمْحِلًا ثم تَمُرُ به خَضِرًا؟ كذلك يُحيى اللهُ الموتَى".

[Machine] I asked, "O Messenger of Allah, how does Allah bring the dead back to life?" He said, "Have you not passed by a valley of your people that was once barren, then you passed by it and it was green, then you passed by it and it was barren again, then you passed by it and it was green? This is how Allah brings the dead back to life."  

الطبراني:١٦٥٨١ – حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَا ثنا غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ وَكِيعِ بْنِ عُدُسٍ عَنْ عَمِّهِ أَبِي رَزِينٍ قَالَ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ كَيْفَ يُحْيِي اللهُ الْمَوْتَى؟ قَالَ «أَوَمَا مَرَرْتَ بِوَادِي قَوْمِكَ قَحْلًا ثُمَّ مَرَرْتَ بِهِ خَضْرَاءَ ثُمَّ مَرَرْتَ بِهِ قَحْلًا ثُمَّ مَرَرْتَ بِهِ خَضْرَاءَ؟ كَذَلِكَ يُحْيِي اللهُ الْمَوْتَى»
