"عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: خَطَبَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ يَوْمَ تَبُوك فَقَالَ: مَا مِنَ النَّاسِ رَجُلٌ أَخَذَ بِعِنَانِ فَرَسِهِ فَيُجَاهِدُ فِى سَبِيلِ الله وَيَجْتَنِبُ شُرُورَ النَّاسِ، وَمَثَلُ رَجُلٍ بَادِى فِى غَنَمِهِ يَقْرِى ضَيْفَهُ وَيُؤَدِّى حَقَّهُ".
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said on the day he addressed the people in Tabuk, "Among the people, there is no one like a man who holds onto the reins of his horse, striving in the cause of Allah ﷻ, while avoiding the evil of people. And there is no one like another who sits with his guests and fulfills their rights."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ خَطَبَ النَّاسَ بِتَبُوكَ مَا فِي النَّاسِ مِثْلُ رَجُلٍ آخِذٍ بِرَأْسِ فَرَسِهِ يُجَاهِدُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ ﷻ وَيَجْتَنِبُ شُرُورَ النَّاسِ وَمِثْلُ آخَرَ بَادٍ فِي نِعْمَةٍ يَقْرِي ضَيْفَهُ وَيُعْطِي حَقَّهُ
[AI] About the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he said: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ delivered a sermon on the day of Tabuk and said: 'There is no person like the one who holds onto the reins and strives in the cause of Allah, avoiding the evil of people. And there is no person like the one who tends to his herd and fulfills the rights of his guest.'" I (the narrator) said, "Did he say it?" He (the narrator) said, "He said it three times, so I raised my voice in Takbir (saying Allahu Akbar), praised Allah, and expressed gratitude."
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ خَطَبَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ تَبُوكَ فَقَالَ «مَا فِي النَّاسِ مِثْلُ رَجُلٍ آخِذٌ بِعِنَانٍ فَيُجَاهِدُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَيَجْتَنِبُ شُرُورَ النَّاسِ وَمِثْلُ رَجُلٍ بَادٍ فِي غَنَمِهِ يُقْرِي ضَيْفَهُ وَيُؤَدِّي حَقَّهُ» قَالَ فَقُلْتُ أَقَالَهَا؟ قَالَ قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا فَكَبَّرْتُ وَحَمِدْتُ وَشَكَرْتُ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no one among the people like a man who takes hold of the reins of his horse and fights in the cause of Allah while restraining his evil from people. And there is no one like a man who is blessed with a bountiful favor and treats his guest properly and gives him his right."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَا فِي النَّاسِ مِثْلُ رَجُلٍ أَخَذَ بِرَأْسِ فَرَسِهِ يُجَاهِدُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَيَحْبِسُ شَرَّهُ عَنِ النَّاسِ وَمِثْلُ رَجُلٍ بَادٍ فِي نِعْمَةٍ يُقْرِي بِضَيْفِهِ وَيُعْطِي حَقَّهُ»
"مَا فِي النَّاسِ مِثْلُ رَجُلٍ آخِذ بِرَأسِ فَرَسِه يُجَاهِدُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَيَحْبِسُ شَرَّهُ عَن النَّاسِ، وَمَثَلُ رَجُلٍ يأوى فِي غَنَمِهِ يَقْرى (*) ضَيفَهُ، وَيُعْطِى حَقَّهُ".
