"The Messenger of Allah delivered a sermon to us, and said: 'O you women! Give charity, even if it is from your jewelry, for indeed you will make up most of the people of Hell on the Day of Judgment.'"

خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ تَصَدَّقْنَ وَلَوْ مِنْ حُلِيِّكُنَّ فَإِنَّكُنَّ أَكْثَرُ أَهْلِ جَهَنَّمَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ

[AI] From the Prophet ﷺ, he said to the women, "Give in charity, for you are the majority of the inhabitants of Hell." So a woman who was not from the elite women asked, "Why? For what reason or with what?" He said, "Because you frequently curse and are ungrateful to your husbands."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لِلنِّسَاءِ «تَصَدَّقْنَ فَإِنَّكُنَّ أَكْثَرُ أَهْلِ النَّارِ» فَقَالَتِ امْرَأَةٌ لَيْسَتْ مِنْ عِلْيَةِ النِّسَاءِ لِمَ أَوْ بِمَ أَوْ فِيمَ؟ قَالَ «إِنَّكُنَّ تُكْثِرْنَ اللَّعْنَ وَتَكْفُرْنَ الْعَشِيرَ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "O women, give charity, even if it is from your jewelry, for indeed you are the majority of the inhabitants of the Fire." So a woman who was not from the upper class of women stood up and asked: "Why do you say so, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied: "Because you women are excessive in cursing and ungrateful to your husbands."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ تَصَدَّقْنَ يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ وَلَوْ مِنْ حُلِيِّكُنَّ فَإِنَّكُنَّ أَكْثَرُ أَهْلِ النَّارِ فَقَامَتِ امْرَأَةٌ لَيْسَتْ مِنْ عِلْيَةِ النِّسَاءِ فَقَالَتْ لِمَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ لِأَنَّكُنَّ تُكْثِرْنَ اللَّعْنَ وَتَكْفُرْنَ الْعَشِيرَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O women, give charity even from your ornaments, for indeed you are the majority of the inhabitants of Hellfire on the Day of Resurrection." A woman from the audience who was not from the elite of women stood up and asked, "Why are we the majority of the inhabitants of Hellfire on the Day of Resurrection?" He replied, "Because you curse frequently and you show ingratitude towards your husbands."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ تَصَدَّقْنَ وَلَوْ مِنْ حُلِيِّكُنَّ فَإِنَّكُنَّ أَكْثَرُ أَهْلِ جَهَنَّمَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ قَالَ فَقَامَتِ امْرَأَةٌ لَيْسَتْ مِنْ عِلْيَةِ النِّسَاءِ فَقَالَتْ بِمَ نَحْنُ أَكْثَرُأَهْلِ جَهَنَّمَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ؟ قَالَ فَقَالَ إِنَّكُنَّ تُكْثِرْنَ اللَّعْنَ وَتَكْفُرْنَ الْعَشِيرَ

[AI] From the Prophet ﷺ : "O women, give charity, for you are the majority of the inhabitants of Hell." A woman asked: "Why are we the majority of the inhabitants of Hell?" He replied: "Because you curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ تَصَدَّقْنَ فَإِنَّكُنَّ أَكْثَرُ أَهْلِ النَّارِ فَقَالَتِ امْرَأَةٌ وَمَا لَنَا أَكْثَرُ أَهْلِ النَّارِ؟ قَالَ لِأَنَّكُنَّ تُكْثِرْنَ اللَّعْنَ وَتَكْفُرْنَ الْعَشِيرَ

[AI] About the Prophet ﷺ , he said to the women, "Give in charity, for you are the majority of the inhabitants of Hell." A woman who was not from the noblest or wisest among them asked, "O Messenger of Allah, why is that? What is the reason?" He replied, "Verily, you [women] curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لِلنِّسَاءِ تَصَدَّقْنَ فَإِنَّكُنَّ أَكْثَرُ أَهْلِ النَّارِ فَقَالَتِ امْرَأَةٌ لَيْسَتْ مِنْ عِلْيَةِ النِّسَاءِ أَوْ مِنْ أَعْقَلِهِنَّ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ فِيمَ؟ أَوْ لِمَ؟ أَوْ بِمَ؟ قَالَ إِنَّكُنَّ تُكْثِرْنَ اللَّعْنَ وَتَكْفُرْنَ الْعَشِيرَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded the women to give charity and encouraged them to do so. He said, "Give charity, for indeed you (women) are the majority of the inhabitants of Hell." A woman among them asked, "Why is that, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied, "Because you (women) curse often, are ungrateful for kindness, and deny the good treatment of your husbands."

أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ النِّسَاءَ بِالصَّدَقَةِ وَحَثَّهُنَّ عَلَيْهَا فَقَالَ «تَصَدَّقْنَ فَإِنَّكُنَّ أَكْثَرُ أَهْلِ النَّارِ» فَقَالَتِ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْهُنَّ بِمَ ذَلِكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ «لِأَنَّكُنَّ تُكْثِرْنَ اللَّعْنَ وَتُسَوِّفْنَ الْخَيْرَ وَتَكْفُرْنَ الْعَشِيرَ»

[AI] On the authority of the Prophet, ﷺ , he said, "Women should give in charity, for you (women) are the majority of the inhabitants of Hell." A woman asked, "O Messenger of Allah, why is that? In what way? Or for what reason?" He replied, "Because you (women) often curse excessively and are ungrateful to your husbands."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لِلنِّسَاءِ تَصَدَّقْنَ فَإِنَّكُنَّ أَكْثَرُ أَهْلِ النَّارِ» فَقَالَتِ امْرَأَةٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ فِيمَ؟ أَوْ لِمَ؟ أَوْ بِمَ؟ قَالَ «إِنَّكُنَّ تُكْثِرْنَ اللَّعْنَ وَتَكْفُرْنَ الْعَشِيرَ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O women, give charity even if it is from your adornments, for indeed you are the majority of the inhabitants of Hell." A woman not belonging to the noblest of women asked, "Why is that, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied, "Because you curse frequently and are ungrateful to your spouses."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «تَصَدَّقْنَ يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ وَلَوْ مِنْ حُلِيِّكُنَّ فَإِنَّكُنَّ أَكْثَرُ أَهْلِ النَّارِ فَقَالَتِ امْرَأَةٌ لَيْسَتْ مِنْ عِلْيَةِ النِّسَاءِ» وَلِمَ ذَلِكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ قَالَ «لِأَنَّكُنَّ تُكْثِرْنَ اللَّعْنَ وَتَكْفُرْنَ الْعَشِيرَ»

"تَصَدَّقْن؛ فَإِن أكْثَرَكُنَّ حَطَبُ جَهَنَّمَ، إِنكُن تُكْثِرْنَ الشَّكَاةَ، وَتَكْفُرْنَ العَشِيرَ".

"تَصَدَّقْنَ؛ فَإنَّكُنَّ أكْثَرُ أَهْل النار؛ لأنكُن تُكْثرْنَ اللَّعْنَ، وَتكْفُرْنَ العَشِيرَ".

"تصدقْنَ يا مَعْشرَ النِّسَاء، ولوْ مِنْ حُليكُن؛ فإنَّكُنَ أكْثر أَهْل النار؛ لأنكُن تُكْثِرْنَ اللعْنَ، وَتكْفُرن العَشيرَ".
