أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَقُصُّ عَلَى النَّاسِ إِلاَّ أَمِيرٌ أَوْ مَأْمُورٌ أَوْ مُرَاءٍ
