"لا مُسَاعَاةَ فِي الإِسْلامِ، مَنْ سَاعَى فِي الْجَاهِليَّةِ فَقَدْ لَحِقَ بَعَصْبَةٍ، ومن دَعَا وَلَدًا مِنْ غَيرِ رِشْدَةٍ فَلا يَرِثُ وَلا يُورَثُ".  

[د] أبو داود [ك] الحاكم في المستدرك وتُعُقِّب، [ق] البيهقى في السنن عن ابن عباس
