السيوطي:٢٥٦٩١a –

"لا مُسَاعَاةَ فِي الإِسْلامِ، مَنْ سَاعَى فِي الْجَاهِليَّةِ فَقَدْ لَحِقَ بَعَصْبَةٍ، ومن دَعَا وَلَدًا مِنْ غَيرِ رِشْدَةٍ فَلا يَرِثُ وَلا يُورَثُ".
