"إذا كانَتْ الهِبَةُ لذِى رَحمٍ مَحْرَمٍ لمْ يُرْجَعْ فِيها" .

[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "When a gift is given to someone who is a close relative, it is not to be taken back."  

الحاكم:٢٣٢٤ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْمَنْصُورِ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ بِبَغْدَادَ فِي دَارِ الْخِلَافَةِ ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْهَاشِمِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا كَانَتِ الْهِبَةُ لِذِي رَحِمٍ مُحَرَّمٍ لَمْ يَرْجِعْ فِيهَا»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الْبُخَارِيِّ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص
