'From (the signs of) the son of Adam's prosperity, is his satisfaction with what Allah decreed for him, and from the son of Adam's misery is his avoiding to request guidance from Allah, and from the son of Adam's misery is his anger with what Allah decreed for him."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مِنْ سَعَادَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ رِضَاهُ بِمَا قَضَى اللَّهُ لَهُ وَمِنْ شَقَاوَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ تَرْكُهُ اسْتِخَارَةَ اللَّهِ وَمِنْ شَقَاوَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ سَخَطُهُ بِمَا قَضَى اللَّهُ لَهُ

'From (the signs of) the son of Adam's prosperity, is his satisfaction with what Allah decreed for him, and from the son of Adam's misery is his avoiding to request guidance from Allah, and from the son of Adam's misery is his anger with what Allah decreed for him." قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِنْ سَعَادَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ اسْتِخَارَتُهُ اللهَ وَمِنْ سَعَادَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ رِضَاهُ بِمَا قَضَى اللهُ وَمِنْ شِقْوَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ تَرْكُهُ اسْتِخَارَةَ اللهِ وَمِنْ شِقْوَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ سَخَطُهُ بِمَا قَضَى الله ﷻ

[AI] "Among the happiness of the son of Adam are three things, and among the misery of the son of Adam are three things: among the happiness of the son of Adam are a righteous wife, a good dwelling, and a good mount; and among the misery of the son of Adam are a bad wife, a bad dwelling, and a bad mount."

«مِنْ سَعَادَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ ثَلاثَةٌ، وَمِنْ شِقْوَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ ثَلاثَةٌ: مِنْ سَعَادَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ الْمَرْأَةُ الصَّالِحَةُ، وَالْمَسْكَنُ الصَّالِحُ، وَالْمَرْكَبُ الصَّالِحُ، وَمِنْ شِقْوَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ الْمَرْأَةُ السُّوءُ، وَالْمَسْكَنُ السُّوءُ، وَالْمَرْكَبُ السُّوءُ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are three sources of happiness for the son of Adam and three sources of misery for the son of Adam. From the sources of happiness for the son of Adam are a righteous spouse, a good home, and a good means of transportation. And from the sources of misery for the son of Adam are a cramped dwelling, an evil spouse, and a bad means of transportation."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ سَعَادَةٌ لِابْنِ آدَمَ ثَلَاثَةٌ وَشَقَاوَةٌ لِابْنِ آدَمَ ثَلَاثَةٌ فَمِنْ سَعَادَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ الْمَرْأَةُ الصَّالِحَةُ وَالْمَسْكَنُ الصَّالِحُ وَالْمَرْكَبُ الصَّالِحُ وَمِنْ شَقَاوَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ الْمَسْكَنُ الضَّيِّقُ وَالْمَرْأَةُ السُّوءُ وَالْمَرْكَبُ السُّوءُ

"سَعَادَةٌ لاِبْنِ آدَمَ ثَلَاثٌ، وَشَقَاوَةٌ لاِبْن آدَمَ ثَلَاثٌ: فَمِنْ سَعَادَةِ ابن آدَمَ الزَّوْجَةُ الصَّالِحَةُ، وَالْمَرْكَبُ الصَّالِحُ، وَالمَسْكَنُ الْوَاسِعُ، وَشِقْوةٌ لابِن آدَمَ ثَلَاثٌ: الْمَسْكَنُ السُّوءُ، وَالْمَرْأَةُ السُّوءُ، وَالْمَرْكَبُ السُّوءُ".

"مِنْ سَعَادَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ، اسْتِخَارَتُهُ الله، وَمِنْ سَعَادَةِ ابن آدَمَ رِضَاهُ، بِما قَضَى اللهُ، وَمِنْ شَقَاوَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ، تَرْكُهُ اسْتِخَارَةَ اللهِ، وَمِنْ شَقَاوَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ، سَخَطُهُ بِمَا قَضَى اللهُ لَهُ".
