"مَنْ نَصَرَ قَوْمَهُ عَلَى غَيرِ الحَقِّ، فَهُوَ كَالبَعِيرِ الَّذِي تَردَّى فَهُوَ يُنْزعُ بِذنَبِهِ".
If anyone helps his people in an unrighteous cause, he is like a camel which falls into a well and is pulled out by its tail.
مَنْ نَصَرَ قَوْمَهُ عَلَى غَيْرِ الْحَقِّ فَهُوَ كَالْبَعِيرِ الَّذِي رُدِّيَ فَهُوَ يُنْزَعُ بِذَنَبِهِ
ذِكْرُ الزَّجْرِ عَنْ أَنْ يُعِينَ الْمَرْءُ أَحَدًا عَلَى مَا لَيْسَ لِلَّهِ فِيهِ رِضًا
[Machine] The translation of the Arabic sentence is: On the authority of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he said: "The example of someone who helps his people in a way that is not true is like a camel that falls into a well and is taken out by its own hump."
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَثَلُ الَّذِي يُعِينُ قَوْمَهُ عَلَى غَيْرِ الْحَقِّ كَمَثَلِ بَعِيرٍ تَرَدَّى فِي بِئْرٍ فَهُوَ يُنْزَعُ مِنْهَا بِذَنَبِهِ»
"مَنْ نَصَرَ قَوْمَهُ عَلَى غَيرِ الحَقِّ فَهُوَ كَالبَعِيرِ الَّذِي رُدِّي فَهُوَ يُنْزعُ بِذَنَبِهِ".
