مَنْ قَتَلَ عُصْفُورًا فَمَا فَوْقَهَا بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهَا سَأَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ جَلَّ عَنْهَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَمَا حَقُّهَا قَالَ حَقُّهَا أَنْ تَذْبَحَهَا فَتَأْكُلَهَا وَلاَ تَقْطَعْ رَأْسَهَا فَيُرْمَى بِهَا

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Whoever kills a bird without right, Allah will ask him about it on the Day of Judgment.' It was asked, 'O Messenger of Allah, what is its right?' He replied, 'He should slaughter it, but not take its neck and cut it off.'"
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ قَتَلَ عُصْفُورًا بغير حقِّه سَأَلَهُ اللهُ عَنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَمَا حَقُّهُ؟ قَالَ يَذْبَحُهُ ذَبْحًا وَلَا يَأْخُذُ بِعُنُقِهِ فَيَقْطَعُهُ
[Machine] The Prophet of Allahﷺ said, "Whoever kills a little bird without right, Allah Almighty will ask him about it on the Day of Judgment." It was asked, "What is its right?" He said, "He should kill it with a good slaughter and not capture it by its neck and cut it off."
