"مَنِ اسْتَعْمَلَ رجُلًا مِنْ عِصَابةٍ وَفِيهِمْ منْ هُو أَرْضَى لله مِنْهُ، فَقَدْ خَانَ الله ورسُولَهُ والْمُؤْمِنِينَ".

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever employs a man from a gang, and within that gang there is someone more pleasurable to Allah than him, then he has deceived Allah, deceived His Messenger, and deceived the believers."  

الحاكم:٧٠٢٣ – أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُوسَى الْعَدْلُ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ أَنْبَأَ يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْوَاسِطِيُّ عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ الرَّحَبِيُّ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنِ اسْتَعْمَلَ رَجُلًا مِنْ عِصَابَةٍ وَفِي تِلْكَ الْعِصَابَةِ مَنْ هُوَ أَرْضَى لِلَّهِ مِنْهُ فَقَدْ خَانَ اللَّهَ وخانَ رَسُولَهُ وخانَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ حذفه الذهبي من التلخيص
