"مَنِ اسْتَعْمَلَ عامِلًا مِنَ المُسْلِمِينَ وهُو يعْلَمُ أَنَّ فِيهِمْ أَوْلَى بِذَلِكَ مِنْهُ، وأَعْلَم بِكِتاب الله وَسُنَّةِ نَبيِّهِ، فَقَدْ خَانَ الله ورسُولَهُ وجَمِيع الْمُسْلِمِينَ".
