"عن أنس قال: بعثنى عمرُ وكتبَ لى أن آخذ من بيتِ أموالِ المسلمين ربعَ العشر، ومن أموالِ أهل الذمة إذا اختلفوا بها للتجارة نصفَ العُشر، ومن أموالِ أهل الذمة إذا اختلفوا بها للتجارة نصفَ العشر، ومن أموال أهل الحربِ العشرَ".
