أَنْ خُذْ مِنْ أَمْوَالِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ رُبْعَ الْعُشْرِ وَمِنْ أَمْوَالِ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ إِذَا اخْتَلَفُوا لِلتِّجَارَةِ نِصْفَ الْعُشْرِ وَمِنْ أَمْوَالِ أَهْلِ الْحَرْبِ الْعُشْرَ
