"عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ ثَقِيف قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ يُنَادِى بِمِنًى، يأَيُّهَا النَّاسُ: أَخِّرُوا الأَحْمَالَ: فَإِنَّ الأَيْدِىَ مُعَلَّقَةٌ وَالأَرْجُلَ مُوثَقَةٌ".
