Collected by Nasāʾī, Abū Dāwūd, Mālik, Aḥmad, Nasāʾī's Kubrá, Bayhaqī, SuyūṭīAishah, may Allah (SWT) be pleased with her, told him that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "There is no man who habitually prays at night, then sleep overwhelms him, but Allah (SWT) will record for him the reward of his prayer, and his sleep is a charity given to him."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَا مِنِ امْرِئٍ تَكُونُ لَهُ صَلاَةٌ بِلَيْلٍ فَغَلَبَهُ عَلَيْهَا نَوْمٌ إِلاَّ كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ أَجْرَ صَلاَتِهِ وَكَانَ نَوْمُهُ صَدَقَةً عَلَيْهِ
The Prophet ﷺ said: Any person who offers prayer at night regularly but (on a certain night) he is dominated by sleep will be given the reward of praying. His sleep will be almsgiving.
أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَا مِنِ امْرِئٍ تَكُونُ لَهُ صَلاَةٌ بِلَيْلٍ يَغْلِبُهُ عَلَيْهَا نَوْمٌ إِلاَّ كُتِبَ لَهُ أَجْرُ صَلاَتِهِ وَكَانَ نَوْمُهُ عَلَيْهِ صَدَقَةً
Yahya related to me from Malik from Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir from Said ibn al-Jubayr that a man who has approval (as a relater of hadith), told him that A'isha, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ said, "If a man prays in the night and sleep overcomes him during it, Allah writes for him the reward of his prayer, and his sleep is sadaqa for him."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no man who stands in prayer for an hour at night and then goes to sleep, except that the reward for his prayer is written for him. And his sleep is counted as a charity that is given to him."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ تَكُونُ لَهُ سَاعَةٌ مِنَ اللَّيْلٍ يَقُومُهَا فَيَنَامُ عَنْهَا إِلَّا كُتِبَ لَهُ أَجْرُ صَلَاتِهِوَكَانَ نَوْمُهُ عَلَيْهِ صَدَقَةً تُصُدِّقَ بِهِ عَلَيْهِ
