[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "A man does not have the right to divorce in that which he does not possess, nor does he have the right to emancipate in that which he does not possess, nor does he have the right to sell in that which he does not possess."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ طَلَاقٌ فِيمَالَا يَمْلِكُ وَلَا عَتَاقٌ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ وَلَا بَيْعٌ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ
