"لَمْ يَتَوَكَّلْ مَنْ اسْتَرْقَى أَو اكْتَوَى".
"Whoever seeks treatment by cauterization, or with Ruqyah, then he has absolved himself of At-Tawakkul (reliance upon Allah)."
