" عَنْ جَبَلَةَ بْنِ حَارِثَةَ قَالَ: قُلتُ يَارَسُولَ الله! صَلَّى الله عَلَيْكَ، عَلِّمْنِى شَيْئًا يَنْفَعُنِى، قَالَ: إِذَا أَخَذْتَ مَضْجَعَكَ فَاقْرَأ: {قُلْ يَاأَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ} فَإِنَّهَا بَرَاءَةٌ مِنَ الشِّرْكِ".

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'There will come a time when something will come to you.' He said, 'I came to you to teach me something to say before I sleep.' He said, 'When you go to your bed, recite Surah Al-Kafirun (Chapter 109) and then sleep upon its completion, for it is a disavowal of polytheism.'"
