"عَلَيكُمْ بِالْحُزْنِ فَإِنَّهُ مِفْتاحُ الْقَلْب قالُوا يَا رسُول اللهِ: وَكَيفَ الْحُزْنُ؟ قال: أجيِعُوا أنْفُسَكُمْ بالْجُوعِ وأظْمئُوهَا".
