"سُبْحَانَ اللهِ! ! مَاذَا أَنْزَلَ اللهُ اللَّيْلَةَ مِنَ الفِتَنِ؟ وَمَاذَا فَتَحَ مِنَ الْخَزَائِنِ؟ أَيْقِظُوا صَواحِبَ الْحُجَر؛ فَرُبَّ كَاسِيَةٍ في الدُّنْيَا عَارِيَةٍ فِى الآخِرَة".

One night the Prophet ﷺ got up and said, "Subhan Allah! How many afflictions Allah has revealed tonight and how many treasures have been sent down (disclosed). Go and wake the sleeping lady occupants of these dwellings up (for prayers), perhaps a well dressed in this world may be naked in the Hereafter."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ اسْتَيْقَظَ لَيْلَةً فَقَالَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ مَاذَا أُنْزِلَ اللَّيْلَةَ مِنَ الْفِتْنَةِ مَاذَا أُنْزِلَ مِنَ الْخَزَائِنِ مَنْ يُوقِظُ صَوَاحِبَ الْحُجُرَاتِ يَا رُبَّ كَاسِيَةٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا عَارِيَةٍ فِي الآخِرَةِ
The Prophet ﷺ woke up and said, "Glorified be Allah: What great (how many) treasures have been sent down, and what great (how many ) afflictions have been sent down!"
قَالَتِ اسْتَيْقَظَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقَالَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ مَاذَا أُنْزِلَ مِنَ الْخَزَائِنِ وَمَاذَا أُنْزِلَ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ
One night the Prophet ﷺ woke up, saying, "None has the right to be worshipped but Allah! How many afflictions have been sent down tonight, and how many treasures have been sent down (disclosed)! Who will go and wake up (for prayers) the lady dwellers of these rooms? Many well dressed soul (people) in this world, will be naked on the Day of Resurrection."
قَالَتِ اسْتَيْقَظَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ وَهْوَ يَقُولُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ مَاذَا أُنْزِلَ اللَّيْلَةَ مِنَ الْفِتْنَةِ مَاذَا أُنْزِلَ مِنَ الْخَزَائِنِ مَنْ يُوقِظُ صَوَاحِبَ الْحُجُرَاتِ كَمْ مِنْ كَاسِيَةٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا عَارِيَةٍ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ وَكَانَتْ هِنْدٌ لَهَا أَزْرَارٌ فِي كُمَّيْهَا بَيْنَ أَصَابِعِهَا
(One night) the Prophet ﷺ woke up and said, "Subhan Allah ! How many treasures have been (disclosed) sent down! And how many afflictions have been descended! Who will go and wake the sleeping ladyoccupants up of these dwellings (for praying)?" (He meant by this his wives.) The Prophet ﷺ added, "A well-dressed soul (person) in this world may be naked in the "Hereafter." ʿUmar said, "I asked the Prophet, 'Have you divorced your wives?' He said, 'No.' I said, 'Allahu Akbar.' "
قَالَتِ اسْتَيْقَظَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقَالَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ مَاذَا أُنْزِلَ مِنَ الْخَزَائِنِ وَمَاذَا أُنْزِلَ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ مَنْ يُوقِظُ صَوَاحِبَ الْحُجَرِ يُرِيدُ بِهِ أَزْوَاجَهُ حَتَّى يُصَلِّينَ رُبَّ كَاسِيَةٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا عَارِيَةٍ فِي الآخِرَةِ وَقَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي ثَوْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ طَلَّقْتَ نِسَاءَكَ قَالَ لاَ قُلْتُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ
(the wife of the Prophet) Messenger of Allah ﷺ woke up one night in a state of terror and said, "Subhan Allah, How many treasures Allah has sent down! And how many afflictions have been sent down! Who will go and wake the lady dwellers (wives of the Prophet) up of these rooms (for prayers)?" He meant his wives, so that they might pray. He added, "A well-dressed (soul) in this world may be naked in the Hereafter."
أَنَّ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَتِ اسْتَيْقَظَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَيْلَةً فَزِعًا يَقُولُ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ مَاذَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ مِنَ الْخَزَائِنِ وَمَاذَا أُنْزِلَ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ مَنْ يُوقِظُ صَوَاحِبَ الْحُجُرَاتِ يُرِيدُ أَزْوَاجَهُ لِكَىْ يُصَلِّينَ رُبَّ كَاسِيَةٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا عَارِيَةٍ فِي الآخِرَةِ
"One night the Prophet ﷺ awoke and said, 'Subhan Allah! How many Fitan (trials and afflictions) have descended tonight. And how many treasures have been disclosed? Who will awaken the women sleeping in these dwellings? O! How many are clothed in this world, yet naked in the Hereafter.'"
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ اسْتَيْقَظَ لَيْلَةً فَقَالَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ مَاذَا أُنْزِلَ اللَّيْلَةَ مِنَ الْفِتْنَةِ مَاذَا أُنْزِلَ مِنَ الْخَزَائِنِ مَنْ يُوقِظُ صَوَاحِبَ الْحُجُرَاتِ يَا رُبَّ كَاسِيَةٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا عَارِيَةٍ فِي الآخِرَةِ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ
[AI] Al-Zuhri had a servant named Hind, who had keys on her sleeve. Hind narrated that one night the Messenger of Allah ﷺ woke up and was saying, "There is no god but Allah. What treasures have been opened tonight! There is no god but Allah. What trials have been sent down tonight! Who will wake up the people of the rooms? O Lord! The ones who are dressed in this world will be naked in the Hereafter."
الزُّهْرِيُّ وَكَانَ لِهِنْدٍ أَزْرَارٌ فِي كُمِّهَا عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ اسْتَيْقَظَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ مَا فُتِحَ اللَّيْلَةَ مِنَ الْخَزَائِنِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ مَا أُنْزِلَ اللَّيْلَةَ مِنَ الْفِتْنَةِ مَنْ يُوقِظُ صَوَاحِبَ الْحُجَرِ يَارُبَّ كَاسِيَاتٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا عَارِيَاتٍ فِي الْآخِرَةِ
Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said from Ibn Shihab that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood up in the night and looked at the horizon of the sky. He said, "What treasures has the night opened? What trials have occurred? How many are dressed in this world and will be naked on the Day of Rising. Warn the women in their rooms."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَامَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَنَظَرَ فِي أُفُقِ السَّمَاءِ فَقَالَ مَاذَا فُتِحَ اللَّيْلَةَ مِنَ الْخَزَائِنِ وَمَاذَا وَقَعَ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ كَمْ مِنْ كَاسِيَةٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا عَارِيَةٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَيْقِظُوا صَوَاحِبَ الْحُجَرِ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "What calamities descended tonight? And what treasures have been opened? Wake up the companions of the rooms and alert their wives, for many who are clothed in this world will be naked on the Day of Resurrection."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَاذَا نَزَلَ اللَّيْلَةَ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ؟ وَمَاذَا فُتِحَ مِنَ الْخَزَائِنِ؟ أَيْقِظُوا صَوَاحِبَ الْحُجُرَاتِ نِسَاءَهُ فَرُبَّ كَاسِيَةٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا عَارِيَةٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»
ذِكْرُ الْإِخْبَارِ عَمَّا يَجِبُ عَلَى الْمَرْءِ مِنْ قِلَّةِ الِاغْتِرَارِ بِمَنْ أُوتِيَ هَذِهِ الدُّنْيَا الْفَانِيَةَ الزَّائِلَةَ
[AI] The Messenger of Allahﷺ said one night, "Glory be to Allah! What temptations have been sent down? And what treasures have been opened? Wake up the inhabitants of the stones, for many a fully-clothed person in this world will be stripped naked on the Day of Resurrection."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ «سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ مَاذَا أُنْزِلَ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ؟ وَمَاذَا فُتِحَ مِنَ الْخَزَائِنِ؟ أَيْقِظُوا صَوَاحِبَ الْحُجَرِ فَرُبَّ كَاسِيَةٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا عَارِيَةٍ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»
[AI] The Prophet looked at the sky one night and said, "Glory be to Allah, what trials have been sent down tonight? Or what treasures have been opened? Wake up the dwellers of the stones, for many a clothed person in this world will be naked on the Day of Resurrection."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَظَرَ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ فَقَالَ «سُبْحَانَ اللهِ مَاذَا أُنْزِلَ اللَّيْلَةَ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ؟ أَوْ مَاذَا فُتِحَ مِنَ الْخَزَائِنِ؟ أَيْقَظْنَ صَوَاحِبَ الْحُجَرِ فَلَرُبَّ كَاسِيَةٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا عَارِيَةٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said one night, "Glory be to Allah, what has been revealed from trials? What has been opened from the treasuries? Wake up those who are sleeping in the chambers, for many a clothed person in this world will be naked on the Day of Resurrection."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ «سُبْحَانَ اللهِ مَاذَا أُنْزِلَ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ؟ مَا فُتِحَ مِنَ الْخَزَائِنِ؟ أَيْقَظْنَ صَوَاحِبَاتِ الْحُجَرِ فَرُبُّ كَاسِيَةٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا عَارِيَةٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»

اسْتَيْقَظَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ «لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ مَا فُتِحَ اللَّيْلَةَ مِنَ الْخَزَائِنِ؟ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ مَا أُنْزِلَ اللَّيْلَةَ مِنَ الْفِتْنَةِ؟ مَنْ يُوقِظُ صَوَاحِبَ الْحُجْرَةِ يَا رُبَّ كَاسِيَةٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا عَارِيَةٌ فِي الْآخِرَةِ»
