My ears heard and my heart understood from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ: “The people follow Quraish: the righteous ones follow their righteous ones and the evil ones follow their evil ones.ʿ
سَمِعَتْ أُذُنَايَ وَوَعَاهُ قَلْبِي مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ النَّاسُ تَبَعٌ لِقُرَيْشٍ صَالِحُهُمْ تَبَعٌ لِصَالِحِهِمْوَشِرَارُهُمْ تَبَعٌ لِشِرَارِهِمْ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "People are followers of the Quraish in this matter. Their best ones are followed by their best ones, and their worst ones are followed by their worst ones."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ النَّاسُ تَبَعٌ لِقُرَيْشٍ فِي هَذَا الشَّأْنِ خِيَارُهُمْ أَتْبَاعٌ لِخِيَارِهِمْ وَشِرَارُهُمْ أَتْبَاعٌلِشِرَارِهِمْ
