"المُكَاتَبُ يَعْتِقُ بِقَدْرِ مَا أَدَّى، ويُقَامُ عَلَيهِ الحَدُّ بِقَدْرِ مَا غَلِقَ مِنْهُ وَيَرِثُ بَقَدرِ مَا عَتَق مِنْه".
