قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْعَبْدُ لَا يُعْطَى مِنَ الْغَنِيمَةِ شَيْئًا وَيُعْطَى مِنْ خُرْثِيِّ الْمَتَاعِ وَأَمَانُهُ جَائِزٌ عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ الْمَكِّيُّ ضَعِيفٌ
