السيوطي:١-٦٠b –

"عَن الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ: جِئْتُ بِأَبِى قُحَافَةَ إِلَى رَسُولِ الله ﷺ فَقَالَ: هَلَّا تَرَكْتَ الشَّيْخَ فِى بَيْتِهِ حَتَّى آتِيَهُ؟ فَقُلْتُ: بَلْ هُوَ أَحَقُّ أَنْ يَأتِيَكَ، قَالَ: إِنَّا لَنَحْفَظُهُ لأَيَادِى ابْنِهِ عِنْدَنَا".

[Machine] "I brought my father Quhafah to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and he said, 'Why didn't you leave the old man until I come to him?' I said, 'He is more deserving that you should visit him.' He (the Prophet) said, 'We will keep him safe in our hands for his son's service.' This hadith has a strong chain of narration, and Abdullah ibn Abdullah ibn Abdul-Malik al-Fahri did not declare it as fabricated."
