quran:38:38 –

And others bound together in shackles.  

and others too, from among them, bounded together in fetters, in shackles with their hands tied to their necks.
القرآن:٣٨:٣٨ –

وَآخَرِينَ مُقَرَّنِينَ فِي الْأَصْفَادِ  

{وآخرين} منهم {مقرنين} مشدودين {في الأصفاد} القيود بجمع أيديهم إلى أعناقهم.

And you shall see, O Muhammad (s), the sinners, the disbelievers, on that day coupled, chained together with their ˹individual˺ devils, in chains, manacles or collars,
القرآن:١٤:٤٩ –

وَتَرَى الْمُجْرِمِينَ يَوْمَئِذٍ مُقَرَّنِينَ فِي الْأَصْفَادِ  

{وترى} يا محمد تبصر {المجرمين} الكافرين {يومئذ مقرنين} مشدودين مع شياطينهم {في الأصفاد} القيود أو الأغلال.
