quran:37:135 –

Except his wife among those who remained ˹with the evildoers˺.  

except an old woman ˹who was˺ among those who stayed behind, in other words, those who stayed behind in the chastisement.
القرآن:٣٧:١٣٥ –

إِلَّا عَجُوزًا فِي الْغَابِرِينَ  

{إلا عجوزا في الغابرين} أي الباقين في العذاب.
