quran:15:80

And certainly did the companions of Thamud deny the messengers.  

And verily the dwellers in al-Hijr — a valley between Medina and Syria — namely, ˹the tribe of˺ Thamūd, denied those who had been sent ˹by God˺, when they denied ˹the prophet˺ Sālih, as this constituted a denial of the other messengers, since they all shared the fact that they came with ˹the Message proclaiming˺ the Oneness of God.
القرآن:١٥:٨٠

وَلَقَدْ كَذَّبَ أَصْحَابُ الْحِجْرِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ  

{ولقد كذب أصحاب الحجر} واد بين المدينة والشام وهم ثمود {المرسلين} بتكذيبهم صالحا تكذيب لباقي الرسل لاشتراكهم في المجيء بالتوحيد.

The dwellers in the wood (a variant reading ˹for ashābu’l-aykati˺ has ashābu laykata), a thicket of trees near Midian, denied the messengers,

كَذَّبَ أَصْحَابُ الْأَيْكَةِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ  

{كذب أصحاب الأيكة} وفي قراءة بحذف الهمزة وإلقاء حركتها على اللام وفتح الهاء: هي غيضة شجر قرب مدين {المرسلين}.
