"I heard the Messenger of Allah [SAW] say: 'It is not permissible to shed the blood of a Muslim except in three cases: A man who commits adultery after having married; or one who kills another person, who is to be killed; or who reverts to Kufr after having accepted Islam, who is to be killed.'"  

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لاَ يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إِلاَّ بِثَلاَثٍ أَنْ يَزْنِيَ بَعْدَ مَا أُحْصِنَ أَوْ يَقْتُلَ إِنْسَانًا فَيُقْتَلُ أَوْ يَكْفُرَ بَعْدَ إِسْلاَمِهِ فَيُقْتَلُ  

Why would they kill me? I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: ʿIt is not permissible (to shed) the blood of a Muslim except in three cases: If a man disbelieves after becoming Muslim, or commits zina after being married or kills someone and is executed in retaliation.ʿ  

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلاثٍ رَجُلٌ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ إِسْلامِهِ أَوْ زَنَى بَعْدَ إِحْصَانِهِ أَوْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا فَيُقْتَلُ بِهَا  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The blood of a Muslim should not be shed except in three cases: a person who committed murder and is killed in return, a person who committed adultery after being married, and a person who apostatized after accepting Islam."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إِلَّا رَجُلٍ قَتَلَ فَقُتِلَ أَوْ رَجُلٍ زَنَى بَعْدَمَا أُحْصِنَ أَوْ رَجُلٍارْتَدَّ بَعْدَ إِسْلَامِهِ  

Why would they kill me? I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: ʿIt is not permissible (to shed) the blood of a Muslim except in three cases: If a man disbelieves after becoming Muslim, or commits zina after being married or kills someone and is executed in retaliation.ʿ (Using translation from Aḥmad 509)   

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ بِكُفْرٍ بَعْدَ إِيمَانٍ أَوْ بِزِنًى بَعْدَ إِحْصَانٍ أَوْ يَقْتُلُ نَفْسًا بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ فَيُقْتَلُ  

'Uthman said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah [SAW] say: 'It is not permissible to shed the blood of a Muslim except in three cases: A man who commits adultery after having married; or one who kills intentionally, in which case he deserves retaliation; or one who apostatizes after having become Muslim, in which case he deserves to be killed.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4057)  

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ رَجُلٌ زَنَى بَعْدَ إِحْصَانِهِ فَعَلَيْهِ الرَّجْمُ أَوْ قَتَلَ عَمْدًا فَعَلَيْهِ الْقَوَدُ أَوِ ارْتَدَّ بَعْدَ إِسْلَامِهِ فَعَلَيْهِ الْقَتْلُ  

"I heard the Messenger of Allah [SAW] say: 'It is not permissible to shed the blood of a Muslim except in three cases: A man who commits adultery after having married; or one who kills another person, who is to be killed; or who reverts to Kufr after having accepted Islam, who is to be killed.'" سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إِلَّا بِثَلَاثٍ أَنْ يَزْنِيَ بَعْدَمَا أُحْصِنَ أَوْ يَقْتُلَ إِنْسَانًا فَيُقْتَلَ أَوْ يَكْفُرَ بَعْدَ إِسْلَامِهِ فَيُقْتَلَ  

"لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امرِيءٍ مُسْلِمٍ إلا بِإِحدَى ثَلَاثٍ: رَجُلٌ زَنَى بَعدَ إِحْصَانٍ فَيُرجم، أو ارْتَدَّ بَعْد إِسْلَامٍ فَيُقتَلُ، أَوْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا بِغَيرِ حَقٍّ فيُقْتَلُ بِه".

"لَا يَحِلُّ دمُ امرئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إلا بِإِحْدَى ثَلاثٍ: رَجُلٌ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ إِسْلامٍ، أَوْ زَنى بَعْد إِحصَانٍ، أو قَتل نفسًا بغير نفسٍ فَيُقْتَلُ".
