It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah married her when she was nine and he died when she was eighteen years old.
عَنْ عَائِشَةَ تَزَوَّجَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَهِيَ بِنْتُ تِسْعٍ وَمَاتَ عَنْهَا وَهِيَ بِنْتُ ثَمَانِيَ عَشْرَةَ

The Prophet ﷺ wrote the (marriage contract) with ʿAisha while she was six years old and consummated his marriage with her while she was nine years old and she remained with him for nine years (i.e. till his death).
عَنْ عُرْوَةَ تَزَوَّجَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَائِشَةَ وَهْىَ ابْنَةُ سِتٍّ وَبَنَى بِهَا وَهْىَ ابْنَةُ تِسْعٍ وَمَكَثَتْ عِنْدَهُ تِسْعًا
'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Allah's Apostle ﷺ married her when she was six years old, and he (the Holy Prophet) took her to his house when she was nine, and when he (the Holy Prophet) died she was eighteen years old
تَزَوَّجَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَهْىَ بِنْتُ سِتٍّ وَبَنَى بِهَا وَهْىَ بِنْتُ تِسْعٍ وَمَاتَ عَنْهَا وَهْىَ بِنْتُ ثَمَانَ عَشْرَةَ
Abdullah said: “The Prophet married Aishah when she was seven years old, and consummated the marriage with her when she was nine, and he passed away when she was eighteen.”
تَزَوَّجَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَائِشَةَ وَهِيَ بِنْتُ سَبْعٍ وَبَنَى بِهَا وَهِيَ بِنْتُ تِسْعٍ وَتُوُفِّيَ عَنْهَا وَهِيَ بِنْتُ ثَمَانِي عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً
It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah married her when she was nine and he died when she was eighteen years old. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3258)
تَزَوَّجَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَهِيَ بِنْتُ تِسْعِ سِنِينَ وَمَاتَ عَنْهَا وَهِيَ بِنْتُ ثَمَانِ عَشْرَةَ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ married her when she was seven years old, consummated the marriage when she was nine years old, and passed away while she was eighteen years old.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهِيَ بِنْتُ سَبْعٍ وَبَنَى بِهَا وَهِيَ بِنْتُ تِسْعٍ ومَاتَ عَنْهَا وَهِيَ بِنْتُ ثَمَانِ عَشْرَةَ»
[Machine] It was narrated that the Prophet ﷺ "married her when she was nine years old, and she passed away when she was eighteen years old."
