One of the wives of the Prophet ﷺ took a bath from a large bowl. The Prophet ﷺ wanted to perform ablution or take from the water left over. She said to him: O Prophet of Allah, verily I was sexually defiled. The Prophet said: Water not defiled.

اغْتَسَلَ بَعْضُ أَزْوَاجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي جَفْنَةٍ فَجَاءَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لِيَتَوَضَّأَ مِنْهَا أَوْ يَغْتَسِلَ فَقَالَتْ لَهُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي كُنْتُ جُنُبًا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِنَّ الْمَاءَ لاَ يَجْنُبُ

"One of the wives of the Prophet performed Ghusl with a bowl. Messenger of Allah wanted to perform Wudu with it, so she said: 'O Messenger of Allah! Indeed I am ]unub.' So he said: 'Indeed, water does not become Junub.'"

اغْتَسَلَ بَعْضُ أَزْوَاجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي جَفْنَةٍ فَأَرَادَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ مِنْهُ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي كُنْتُ جُنُبًا فَقَالَ إِنَّ الْمَاءَ لاَ يُجْنِبُ

"One of the wives of the Prophet took a bath from a large vessel, then the Prophet came and had a bath or ablution, and she said: 'O Messenger of Allah, I was sexually impure.' He said: 'Water does not become impure.'"

اغْتَسَلَ بَعْضُ أَزْوَاجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي جَفْنَةٍ فَجَاءَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لِيَغْتَسِلَ أَوْ يَتَوَضَّأَ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي كُنْتُ جُنُبًا فَقَالَ الْمَاءُ لاَ يُجْنِبُ

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنْ أَزْوَاجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ اغْتَسَلَتْ مِنْ جَنَابَةٍ فَتَوَضَّأَ أَوِ اغْتَسَلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مِنْ فَضْلِ وَضُوئِهَا

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنْ أَزْوَاجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ اغْتَسَلَتْ مِنْ جَنَابَةٍ فَاغْتَسَلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَوْ تَوَضَّأَ مِنْ فَضْلِهَا

[AI] That a woman from the wives of the Prophet ﷺ took a bath from sexual impurity, and then the Prophet ﷺ came to perform ablution from the same water. She said, "I have bathed from it." He said, "Indeed, nothing makes the water impure."

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنْ نِسَاءِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ اسْتَحَمَّتْ مِنْ جَنَابَةٍ فَجَاءَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ فَضْلِهَا فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي اغْتَسَلْتُ مِنْهُ فَقَالَ إِنَّ الْمَاءَ لَا يُنَجِّسُهُ شَيْءٌ

[AI] A woman from among the wives of the Prophet ﷺ was in a state of impurity and the Prophet ﷺ came to perform ablution from her leftover water. She said, "I have already performed ablution from it." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, nothing makes the water impure."

[AI] "A woman from the wives of the Prophet ﷺ performed ghusl from janabah (post-sexual impurity). Then the Prophet ﷺ came and performed wudu from the leftover water. She said to him, and he said, 'Verily, nothing makes the water impure.'"

[AI] I took a ritual bath from impurity. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came and took a bath by my merit. So I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have already taken a bath from it." He said, "Truly, water does not become impure with impurity."

اغْتَسَلَتُ مِنَ جَنَابَةٍ فَجَاءَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَاغْتَسَلَ بِفَضْلِي فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي قَدِ اغْتَسَلْتُ مِنْهُ فَقَالَ «إِنَّ الْمَاءَ لَا جَنَابَةَ عَلَيْهِ»

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ came to one of his wives, and they had exceeded the amount of water needed for washing. He desired to perform ablution with it, but his wife said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have already used it to cleanse myself from impurity." He responded, "Indeed, water does not become impure."
