قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى {إِنْ سَأَلْتُكَ عَنْ شَيْءٍ بَعْدَهَا} [الكهف: 76]

[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad, ﷺ , used to invoke blessings upon someone he mentioned by starting with himself and saying, "May the mercy of Allah be upon us and upon Moses. If he had stayed with his companion, he would have witnessed something amazing, but he said, 'If I ask you about anything after it, do not keep me as a companion. You have obtained an excuse from me.'" [Surah Al-Kahf 76]

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to start his supplication for someone by mentioning himself. One day, he mentioned the story of Moses and said, "May Allah's mercy be upon us and upon Moses. If only he had been patient, Allah Almighty would have informed us of his news. However, he said, 'If I ask you about anything after this, do not accompany me. You have received from me an excuse'" [Quran, 18:76].
