28.23 [Machine] What is preferred for the scholar when asked who knows the most, to attribute knowledge to Allah, should the scholar be given an honorable position to identify the stranger when he comes?

nasai-kubra:5843Isḥāq b. Ibrāhīm > Jarīr > Abū Farwah > Abū Zurʿah b. ʿAmr b. Jarīr > Abū Hurayrah And ʾAbī Dhar

[Machine] Abu Hurayrah and Abu Dhar reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to sit between the two companions and a stranger would come, and he wouldn't know who amongst them was the Messenger of Allah ﷺ until he asked. So we requested the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to create a gathering in which the stranger would recognize him when he came, so we built a booth for him with mud, and he would sit on it with us on either side.
