I always concealed it, but I found that it became known widely, that is, the tradition on Ibn Busr about fasting on Saturday. Abu Dawud said: Malik said: This is a false (tradition).
مَالِكٌ هَذَا كَذِبٌ
فِي قَوْلِهِ ﷻ {وَالصَّافَّاتِ صَفًّا} [الصافات 1] قَالَ الْمَلَائِكَةُ {فَالزَّاجِرَاتِ زَجْرًا} [الصافات 2] قَالَ «الْمَلَائِكَةُ» {فَالتَّالِيَاتِ ذِكْرًا} [الصافات 3] قَالَ «الْمَلَائِكَةُ»
[Machine] In His saying, "And the angels lined up in rows" He said, "The angels." In His saying, "And those who drive away with a firm command" He said, "The angels." In His saying, "And those who recite the remembrance" He said, "The angels." He said, "The angels."
