ابن ماجة:٩٢١ – حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْهُذَلِيُّ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا سَلَّمَ الإِمَامُ فَرُدُّوا عَلَيْهِ

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded us to respond when the Imam says the salutation (saying of peace)."

الطبراني:٦٨٩٠ – حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِرْقٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصَفًّى ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ

«أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا سَلَّمَ الْإِمَامُ أَنْ نَرُدَّ عَلَيْهِ»

[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, "When the imam (leader in prayer) says the salaam (concluding prayer), you should say salaam back to him."
