Al-Husayn ibn Ali was (sitting) in the lap of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He passed water on him. I said: Put on (another) clothe, and give me your wrapper to wash. He said: The urine of a female child should be washed (thoroughly) and the urine of a male child should be sprinkled over.

كَانَ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ؓ فِي حِجْرِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَبَالَ عَلَيْهِ فَقُلْتُ الْبَسْ ثَوْبًا وَأَعْطِنِي إِزَارَكَ حَتَّى أَغْسِلَهُ قَالَ إِنَّمَا يُغْسَلُ مِنْ بَوْلِ الأُنْثَى وَيُنْضَحُ مِنْ بَوْلِ الذَّكَرِ

[Machine] "When Al-Hussein came into Prophet Muhammad's room, I said to him, 'Give me your garment so I can wash it.' He replied, 'It is only washed by the urine of a female and sprinkled with the urine of a male.' And the second witness is authentic."

بَالَ الْحُسَيْنُ فِي حِجْرِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ هَاتِ ثَوْبَكَ حَتَّى أَغْسِلَهُ فَقَالَ «إِنَّمَا يُغْسَلُ بَوْلُ الْأُنْثَى وَيُنْضَحُ بَوْلُ الذَّكَرِ» وَالشَّاهِدُ الثَّانِي صحيح

"Husain bin 'Ali urinated in the lap of the Prophet and I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, give me your garment and put on another garment.' He said: 'Water should be sprinkled on the urine of a baby boy, and the urine of a baby girl should be washed away.'" (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 522)

بَالَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ فِي حِجْرِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ اعْطِنِي ثَوْبَكَ وَالْبَسْ ثَوْبًا غَيْرَهُ فَقَالَ «إِنَّمَا يُغْسَلُ مِنْ بَوْلِ الْأُنْثَى وَيُنْضَحُ مِنْ بَوْلِ الذِّكْرِ»

" عَنْ أُمِّ الْفَضْل قَالَتْ: بَالَ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِىٍّ فِى حجْرِ النَّبِىِّ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ: أَعْطِنِى ثَوْبَكَ والْبَسْ ثَوْبًا غَيْرَهُ حَتَّى أَغْسِلَهُ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّمَا يُنْضَحُ مِنْ بَوْلِ الذَّكَرِ، ويُغْسَلُ مِنْ بَوْلِ الأُنْثَى".
