“The dead person ends up in his grave, then the righteous man is made to sit up in his grave with no fear or panic. Then it is said to him: ‘What religion did you follow?’ He said: ‘I was in Islam.’ It is said to him: ‘Who is this man?’ He says: ‘Muhammad the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He brought us clear signs from Allah and we believed him.’ It is said to him: ‘Have you seen Allah?’ He says: ‘No one is able to see Allah.’ Then a window to Hell is opened for him, and he sees it, parts of it destroying others. Then it is said to him: ‘Look at what Allah has saved you from.’ Then a window to Paradise is opened to him, and he looks at its beauty and what is in it. It is said to him: ‘This is your place.’ And it is said to him: ‘You had certain faith and you died in that state, and in that state you will be resurrected if Allah wills.’ And the evil man is made to sit up in his grave with fear and panic. It is said to him: ‘What religion did you follow?’ He says: ‘I do not know.’ It is said to him: ‘Who is this man?’ He says: ‘I heard the people saying something and I said it too.’ Then a window to Paradise is opened to him, and he looks at its beauty and what is in it. It is said to him: ‘Look at what Allah has diverted away from you.’ Then a window to Hell is opened for him, and he sees it, parts of it destroying others, and it is said to him: ‘This is your place. You were doubtful; in this state you died and in this state you will be resurrected, if Allah wills.’”

[Machine] "Feed me, may Allah protect you from the tribulation of the Dajjal and the tribulation of the grave," the Jewish woman said. Aisha said, "I kept her confined until the messenger of Allah ﷺ came. I asked him, 'O messenger of Allah, what does this Jewish woman say?' He asked, 'And what does she say?' I said, 'She says, "May Allah protect you from the tribulation of the Dajjal and the tribulation of the grave."' Aisha said, 'The messenger of Allah ﷺ got up and raised his hands, seeking refuge with Allah from the tribulation of the Dajjal and the tribulation of the grave. Then he said, 'As for the tribulation of the Dajjal, there has not been a prophet except that he has warned his nation about it, and I will warn you of it in a way that no prophet warned his nation. Indeed, he is one-eyed, but by Allah, there is no visible sign between his eyes that he is a disbeliever, which every believer can read.' As for the tribulation of the grave, you are being tested in it and questioned about me. If a righteous man is placed in his grave, he will sit peacefully and unharmed. Then he will be asked, 'What do you say about this man who was among you?' He will say, 'He is Muhammad, the messenger of Allah ﷺ. He brought us clear signs from Allah, and we believed him.' Then a door to Paradise will be opened for him, and he will see its delights and what it contains. It will be said to him, 'This is your place from it.' And it will be said, 'You were certain of this and died upon it and will be resurrected upon it, if Allah wills.' And if an evil man is placed in his grave, he will sit in fright and terror. Then he will be asked, 'What do you say about this man who was among you?' He will say, 'I don't know.' It will be said to him, 'What is this man who was among you?' He will say, 'I heard people saying something, so I said it too.' Then a door to Paradise will be opened for him, and he will see its delights and what it contains. It will be said to him, 'Look at what Allah has turned away from you.' Then a door to Hellfire will be opened for him, and he will see it. He will keep breaking parts of it against each other. It will be said to him, 'This is your place from it.' And it will be said, 'You were in doubt and died upon it and will be resurrected upon it, if Allah wills.' Then he will be punished."
