“When the fierce battles take place, Allah will send a troop of freed slaves who will be the best Arab horsemen and the best armed, with whom Allah will support His religion.”  

ابن ماجة:٤٠٩٠ – حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَاتِكَةِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ الْمُحَارِبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْمَلاَحِمُ بَعَثَ اللَّهُ بَعْثًا مِنَ الْمَوَالِي هُمْ أَكْرَمُ الْعَرَبِ فَرَسًا وَأَجْوَدُهُ سِلاَحًا يُؤَيِّدُ اللَّهُ بِهِمُ الدِّينَ

الحاكم:٨٦٤٦ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ التِّنِّيسِيُّ ثَنَا أَبُو حَفْصٍ الْقَاضِي عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَاتِكَةِ ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْمَلَاحِمُ خَرَجَ بَعْثٌ مِنَ الْمَوَالِي مِنْ دِمَشْقَ هُمْ أَكْرَمُ الْعَرَبِ فَرَسًا وَأَجْوَدُهُ سِلَاحًا يُؤَيِّدُ اللَّهُ بِهُمُ الدِّينَ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الْبُخَارِيِّ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ على شرط مسلم

السيوطي:٢٧٨١a –

"إِذَا وقعت الملاحمُ بعثَ اللهُ تعالى بعْثًا مِنَ الموالى مِنْ دِمَشْق، هُمْ أكرمُ العربِ فرسًا، وأجْوَدُها سلاحًا، يؤيِّدُ اللهُ بهم هذا الدِّينَ".
